Taking speeding up the construction of a strong province of Humanities and social sciences as the goal，taking the construction of modern scientific management discipline research paradigm and method as gripper. First of all，this report describes and analyzes the overall situation of the management discipline in Hubei Province in 2017 from 6 aspects：the general development of the subject，the degree point，the construction of the subject platform，the award，the scientific research project and the publication of the paper. Secondly，the report focuses on 5 major categories：management science，enterprise management，public management，agricultural and forestry economic management，library information and archives management. According to the two paths of first class scholars and first class achievements，this paper makes a detailed review of the research progress of the management discipline in Hubei Province in 2017. Finally，this paper analyzes the main problems of management discipline development in Hubei Province，and on this basis，looks forward to the future of the management discipline development in Hubei Province. The conclusion is that in 2017，the management discipline construction was remarkable in Hubei Province，subject，degree point，platform，award，project and paper were fully blooming，laying a foundation for the construction of the strong province in the humanities and social sciences，and in the future，the research should be strengthened in the cross field of research paradigm innovation and anthropology.
