Xinxiang city is famous for unique advantages in cultural resources mainly including landscape culture，historical culture and hero thematic culture. Supporting each other，these superior resources have at last form precious resources of “using culture to build the city”，and meanwhile，they have also become the material foundation for Xinxiang in constructing itself into a cultural tourism city. We think the key measures for Xinxiang to develop and make full use of its cultural resources should be：to integrate its cultural researches，establish the theme of the heroism culture as its urban orientation，focus on the construction of Xinxiang cultural brand，cultivate and introduce talents with the theme of “tourism，culture and industry”，rely on the new historical opportunity of building a new type of airport in Zhengzhou to accelerate the road-network construction between Zhengzhou and Xinxiang and take part in the construction of international business in Zhengzhou.
