Intelligent connected vehicle is the most potential and most likely to benefit human intelligent creation in the field of artificial intelligence，which has become an important field of national development.The Chinese Government attaches great importance to the development of intelligent connected vehicle technology and related industrial clusters.At present，the ministry of industry and information technology has signed some model cooperation framework agreements with Shanghai，Beijing，Hebei province，Chongqing city，Zhejiang province，Hubei province，Jilin province respectively to carry out demonstration area construction，strengthen application project cooperation，and help push intelligent connected vehicle and intelligent traffic engineering construction.Based on the characteristics and planning of several urban demonstration areas，this paper provides reference for the construction of Intelligent network in other cities in China.
