As an important part of smart city，intelligent traffic is an important means to solve urban traffic problems.At present，countries in the construction of intelligent city have made a series of achievements，in the domestic main achievements are intelligent Shanghai，wisdom Shuangliu and so on，foreign achievements include Singapore's “Smart Country Plan”，South Korea's “u-city plan”，etc.However，limited by the level of technological development，intelligent transportation and intelligent cities are not integrated much with each other at this stage，and they are relatively still in the stage of independent development and exploration.In the past 30 years，China's transportation infrastructure construction has been developing rapidly，but the rapid economic development brings the traffic volume increasing continuously，and the traffic congestion is serious.Therefore，the vigorous development of intelligent transportation system is the key to solve the problem of traffic travel.
