作为新兴技术，汽车智能化发展迅猛且开始广泛地投入应用。然而，目前尚无完善的标准法规对日新月异的前沿技术成果与风格各异的技术路线进行规范。滞后的标准开始制约智能网联汽车的发展。为此，本报告将对目前国内外的智能网联汽车标准法规进行研究，并提出完善思路。
<<As a new technology，the development of intelligent vehicle is swift and violent and has been widely applied. At present，however，there is no perfect standard regulation to regulate the technological achievements of the cutting-edge technology and different technical routes. The lagging standard began to restrict the development of intelligent connected vehicle. Therefore，this paper will study the domestic and international intelligent network automobile standard regulations，and put forward a perfect idea.
