Intelligent connected vehicle involves many fields such as automobile，internet and communication.With the promotion of practical and commercialization of intelligent connected vehicle，the cooperation in the field of intelligent connected vehicle has been expanded and it has become a cooperation of automobile neighborhoods.This paper introduces the characteristics of the investment cooperation of intelligent connected vehicle in the United States，Europe，Japan，South Korea and China.The technology-based enterprises combine their own advantages and actively cooperate with the intelligent networked automobile field.At the same time，the cooperation between intelligent networked automobile field with related parts and components companies has turned up distinct characteristics.Finally，this paper points out the current problems and future development trends.
