在过去几年中，随着社会组织发展及其服务能力的提升，平谷区针对特定群体的特定需求，提供点对点的服务，推进专业服务精准化对接，有效解决了孤寡、空巢、高龄老人、重度残疾人、外来务工人员子女、失独家庭人员等社会弱势群体的生活问题，提升其幸福感。目前，精准微服务工作已在发展思路上逐步明确，相关规范逐渐制度化，未来发展空间巨大。

Now，the institution of the accurate micro-service provided by social organization is established.
