In 2017，China entered the first year of the rule of law in cyberspace. On the basis of the review of the Internet public opinion in Beijing in 2017，this paper points out that the Internet public opinion in Beijing maintains a stable and controllable situation in the increasingly legalized Internet field. The new rules of the network are frequent，prompting the formation of new norms of the Internet public opinion field and injecting new vitality into it. But the task of network governance is still grim. Beijing needs to promote the Internet Governance in the integration process of Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei.
