As an emerging form of education，community education represents the direction of education reform and development in China. It is a way and means to promote the integration of education and society，education and community. Also，it is the entry point and effective way to develop life-long education and build a learning society. This paper takes the rural-converted community as an example to explore the characteristics of the community’s educational services and existing problems，and proposes countermeasures such as changing concepts，expanding service subjects，enriching the content and form of activities，and strengthening community education specialization and information construction.
