It is a systematic project to construct the big party construction pattern in the city. There are many deep-seated problems and unknown areas that need to be explored and solved，including institutional problems，internal dynamic problems and the joint development of coordinated development. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the work of party building in Beijing’s urban grassroots，summarizes the experience of grassroots party building work，and puts forward suggestions for the grassroots party building work in Beijing，in order to realize the new pattern of party building work of openness，overall planning，regionalization，diversification and integration.
