Taking advantage of Beijing location，youth volunteer service in Beijing is in a rapidly growth. Today the development of volunteerism in Beijing has been at the forefront of that in China. There are many subjects left to us for reference and discussion. By combing the development of Beijing youth volunteer service，this thesis extracts the feature of Beijing youth volunteering，summarizes its experience，and puts forward reflections on its future development. By doing so，this thesis is expected to provide lessons to other Chinese regions in the development of youth volunteer service，and to promote a robust development of Chinese volunteerism.
