新时代下,广州志愿服务组织呈现了组织类型多样化、运行管理制度化、服务内容精细化、资源渠道多元化、队伍培训专业化这五大特色。但是,志愿服务组织对志愿者的激励机制和评估措施有待完善;与社工机构的社志联动机制需要优化;管理与服务的信息化水平必须提升。建议广州从顶层设计着手,完善对各类志愿服务组织的孵化、培育与支持的体系;从机制建设着手,加强对社志联动常态化发展模式的建设和保障;从人才培育着手,深化对人才专业化培训和服务信息化创新的机制,不断推动广州志愿服务组织的健康发展。
<<Volunteer service organizations in Guangzhou have presented five major features:diversity of organization types,institutionalized operation management,precision of service content,diversified resource channels,and specialized team training.However,the incentive mechanism and evaluation measures for volunteers need to be improved;the interaction of social work service centers and voluntary service organizations needs to be optimized;the informationization level of management and service must be enhanced.All in all,it is suggested that Guangzhou start with the top level design to improve the system of incubating,cultivating and supporting all kinds of voluntary service organizations;starting with the construction of the mechanism to strengthen the measures for the construction and guarantee of the interaction of social work service centers and voluntary service organizations;starting with talent cultivation to deepen the mechanism of professional training of talents and innovation of service informatization,thus promoting the steady development of volunteer service organizations inGuangzhou.
