本文从志愿服务组织的活动区域及工作领域两个维度展开对广州志愿服务组织的领域分析。广州志愿服务的活动区域主要集中在城市社区，其他重要活动区域是社会福利机构、教育机构、农村（含城乡接合部），显示出广州在城市社区开展志愿服务的优势，但是仍需推动志愿服务对其他活动区域的覆盖。广州志愿服务的工作领域主要有助老服务、青少年服务、助残服务、社区便民服务等。未来在持续深化优势领域的同时仍需强化其他志愿领域的覆盖面和服务质量。
<<This paper analysized the fields of Guangzhou voluntary organizations from dimensions of voluntary activitis and organizational function works.It was found that the field of Guangzhou voluntary activities focused on urban communities，aolong with other activitity field at social welfare instituions，educational institutions，and rural areas.Guangzhou voluntary field were classifyied into eldly services，youth services，community services.
