Group accident of environment is social issues in the current of China. This article takes two environmental group accidents in Y city，J province as the example to perspective gaming pattern of China’s rural environmental protection. Firstly environment group accident reflects the two main bodies gaming pattern system between the commercial system and monitoring system：The enterprise strength poses a huge threat to the community ecological environment，The local authority implements “flexible” strategy，and the community lacks the environment rights interests and so on. Secondly，the environmental group incident reflects the internal gaming pattern of the community：the community member’s benefit moves toward differentiation；“free-riding” behavior is in vogue；the selectivity drove that has a flaw and so on. In order to change the unbalanced condition，this article proposes the related ponder and the countermeasure.
