Aggregate demand and aggregate supply are the important concepts and tools to analyze the macro economic. The balance of the two determines the growth mode and development of a country. In this paper，the facts of our country of reforming and opening policy in the past 30 years have been showed. The aggregate demand and aggregate supply are analyzed. Combined with theory and practice，China’s domestic consumption demand should be the key factor for healthy and stable development of China in the long run.
