The local government has changed of administration omission and cahoots action with employers，coming with the central government’s more and more obvious protection tendency for migrant workers. Corporations are inevitably affected during such changes because the government is in a higher status in our society. Together with other factors their infringement of immigrant workers rights and interests has changed from straight forward to more secluded. In this process，the immigrants do not have the power to assert their needs gives the employers’ action a great margin of freedom. So，basically，the immigrant works have to have the capacity to protect their rights by themselves.
