本报告通过文献计量分析法分析出2000～2017年学界和业界对网络评论的关注点和讨论点。从心理学等角度出发，探讨了用户个体和用户群体在网络评论大环境中的心理与行为；从不同角度和领域，系统阐述了网络评论的传播对社会发展带来的影响；纵向研究网络评论传播渠道的演变，理论性地介绍和展望了网络评论的渠道发展方向。
<<This report analyze the focus and discussion points of Internet reviews in academia and industry in 2000-2017 Using Bibliometric analysis. From the perspective of psychology，the authors discussed the psychology and behavior of user and user groups in online commentary environment. This report expounds the influence of online commentary on social development from different angles and fields，and reviewed the evolution of online commentary communication channels through the longitudinal research，and theoretically introduced and forecasted the developing direction of online commentary.
