Situated in the northern part of Xicheng District，Desheng Sub-district is a core functional zone of the capital and a civilization window of the capital. Thus，Desheng Sub-district has selected Fulite Community as a pilot to implement the self-governancemanagement mode，innovate social governance，improve the environmental quality of the community and construct ‘Desheng of Beauty’.
