The report published by the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China （Party） has asked to strengthen the Party construction at non-public social organizations and economic organizations，and the report published by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party has further called to build basic Party organizations of enterprises and social organizations into the combat fortress of the Party. Reinforcing and improving the Party construction of non-public enterprises is an important organizational assurance for strengthening the ruling foundation of the Party，guiding healthy development of the non-public economy and promoting social harmony. Based on the endowments and development of local resources，Desheng Sub-district of Xicheng District has put Party construction at non-public organizations in a more important position to improve ‘Four Services’ and fulfill the overall strategic vision of the capital. To start with，the report reviews the current status of Party construction at non-public economic organizations and social organizations，and summarizes the measures which the sub-district has taken to strengthen Party construction at these non-public organizations，including focus on learning，organizational coverage，Party members，activities and construction of Party branches. Then，the report points out the problems faced during the work and provides relevant suggestions.
