The working population is an important participant and propeller for regional development. The offering of convenient，continuous and high-quality public services to the working population is of great significance for optimizing the regional development environment，improving the service level and enhancing the sub-district’s capacity to serve regional development. To this end，the project team performed the first public service survey among the working population under jurisdiction in January 2015，and initiated a questionnaire survey on the supply，participation and availability of public services in Desheng Sub-district among the corporate working population in May 2017. This report analyzes the awareness of service institution，the involvement in the community service，regional life facilitation，satisfaction with community-level basic public service and the demand for community-level public service. Then，we have performed a longitudinal comparison of the survey results，reached overall conclusions and provided concrete suggestions relating to existing problems.
