    2017年中国跨文化传播创新实践研究

    摘要

    世界格局的变迁和新时代中国自身的发展,要求我们塑造好中国的国际形象,传播好中国声音,摒弃过去传统宣传方式,转而深入探寻自我文化发展脉络。本文重点分析2017年我国文化产品在对外跨文化传播中的创新实践,在对共计10万余字文本分析的基础上整理出12个典型案例,提炼出我国跨文化传播创新实践的三个层面:观念创新、内容创新、平台创新。观念创新表现为坚定跨文化自信,内容创新呈现为跨文化的符号叙事,平台创新发展为掌握跨文化自主。观念创新是内容创新的基础,它表明“怎么做”,即注重民族国家文化的主体间性问题,以互相尊重为前提,建立有效的互动机制;内容创新是核心,它说明要“做什么”,于此应把握好自我文化的发展脉络,在多种文化最大意义互通的空间中寻找符码,进而建构文化符号,并不断赋予其新的时代内涵;平台创新是观念创新和内容创新的聚合,它指明“由谁做”,即专业的组织机构对于观念的革新、内容的把关有关键性的意义,内容的呈现以及组合方式都会影响到跨文化传播的每个环节。跨文化传播自信的提升,有利于讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音,进而加强跨文化传播能力建设,构建融通中外的话语体系,真正达到“大国发声世界,世界了解大国”的和谐局面。

    Abstract

    The changes of the world pattern and the development of China in the new era require us to shape China’s international image,spread the voice of China,abandon traditional ways of propaganda,and further explore our culture itself. This paper focuses on the analysis of the innovative practices of China’s cultural products within the area of intercultural communication in 2017. Based on the text analysis of a total of more than 100,000 words,this paper sorts out 12 typical cases and analyzes and extracts the three levels of innovative practices on intercultural communication in China. They are concept innovation,content innovation,and platform innovation. Concept innovation is characterized by firm intercultural self-confidence. Content innovation is presented as an intercultural symbolic narrative. And platform innovation is developed to master intercultural autonomy. Concept innovation is the basis of content innovation,which shows “how to do”,that pays attention to the intersubjectivity of national culture,and establishes an effective interaction mechanism on the premise of mutual respect. Content innovation is the core,which explains “what to do”,that should grasp the development of our culture,find the most common code among various national culture,and then construct intercultural symbols,and constantly endow it with the latest connotation of each era. Platform innovation is the aggregation of concept and content innovation. It indicates “who does it”. Professional organizations are critical to the innovation of social concept and the content check. The presentation and combination of content will affect every key step of the intercultural communication. The enhance of intercultural communication self-confidence is conducive to better telling China’s stories,spreading China’s voices,strengthening intercultural communication ability,and constructing a discourse system between China and foreign countries,thus achieving the harmonious situation of “we voice in the world,and the world hears us”.
