“中国传播”是一个融文化中国、人类命运共同体、国际传播新秩序于一体的概念。当下中国传播创新是一个基于互联网传播形态的传播体系,表现为社会传播、政治传播、文化传播、对外传播、媒体传播的融合结构。中国传播实践的创新在宏观层面,评价指向是否降低了信息的不确定性,是否拓展了公共的交流空间,是否促进了可沟通世界的建构这三个维度;在中观层面,评价指向传播组织或传播主体向度、内容生产向度、传播方式向度、社会连接向度;在微观层面,需要考察具体的案例及其创新价值。基于对2017年中国传播创新实践的观察,本文分析了社会传播、政治传播、文化传播、对外传播、媒体传播的代表性案例,以期为促进中国传播实践创新提供思路,为催化中国传播理论创新提供路径。
<<“China’s Communication” is a concept integrates “Cultural China”,a community of shared future for mankind and new international communication order. At present,China’s communication innovation is the communication system based on Internet communication,which is embodied in integration structure of social communication,political communication,cultural communication,international communication and media communication. At the macro level,the evaluation criterion of China communication refers to weather reduces the uncertainty of information,expands the public communication space,and promotes the construction of the communicable world. At the medium level,it concerns the dimension of communication organizations and subjects,content production,communication mode,and social connection. At the micro level,the specific case and its innovative value should be also considered. The report analyzes typical cases relating to social communication,political communication,cultural communication,international communication and media communication based on the observation of China’s communication practical innovation in 2017,aiming to provide new conceptions and new approaches for contributing to China’s communication innovation practice.
