德国广电媒体整体上已实现了数字化升级,具备媒体人工智能发展的硬件基础。但德国用户的数据多数被美国公司掌握,同时德国实施高水平的数据保护,客观上限制了基于数据和算法的媒体人工智能应用的发展。德国最早提出工业4。0,人工智能布局主要服务于本国制造业,因此智能电视等硬件设备发展较好,内容和服务方面的应用还比较有限。德国的做法和经验对我国媒体人工智能的发展具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。

At the same time,Germany has implemented high-level data protection,which objectively limits the development of media artificial intelligence applications based on data and algorithms. Industry 4.0 was first proposed in Germany,and the layout of artificial intelligence mainly serves the domestic manufacturing industry. Therefore,smart TVs and other hardware equipment develop well,and the application of content and services are relatively limited. Germany’s practices and experiences have certain inspiring and referring meanings for the development of Chinese media’s artificial intelligence.
