In the era of “Internet Plus”，all things are interconnected，and information dissemination is more about speedy，efficient and the human feelings. However，the existing resources and facilities are not well integrated on the Internet. Moreover，if information dissemination is to be people-centered，it must be translated into something that ordinary people can understand. This process of interconnecting and human reading is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in today’s society. At present，we have been using the QR Code as the entry of all kinds of resources to link them together. However，because the QR Code can not give people a complete visual experience，and because of monotony and low security，there are many problems. Therefore，this paper briefly describes a new array code technology “Visual Recognition Code （VR Code）”. It not only retains the advantages of QR Code in computational processing，but also satisfies people’s complete visual experience. Perhaps it will become another practical technology in the future media development.
