Blockchain contract is an emerging financial approach based on blockchain technology，the application of blockchain contract in supply chain finance can eliminate the default risk of fund payers and solve the problem of information asymmetry in trading chain，and then can substantially reduce transaction costs. However，the concept of blockchain contract and Intelligent contract is confusedly used in practice，and its concept boundary needs to be clarified. At the same time，the legal nature of the blockchain contract itself is unclear，which makes innovators in practice confused. The blockchain contract will cause the company’s assets to be inflated in the balance sheet and infringe upon the interests of creditors，so it should be legislated to make it appear in the balance sheet.
