通过构建民营企业人力资本竞争力指数及综合竞争力指数模型,并利用中国社会科学院民营经济研究中心2007年中国民营企业人力资本与竞争力问卷调查数据库进行实际测评,遴选出中国制造业民营企业人力资本竞争力50强企业及综合竞争力50强企业;在此基础上,分析了民营企业人力资本竞争力与综合竞争力之间的数据经验关系。
<<Based on survey data collected in 2007 by the Center for Private Enterprises Studies of CASS,this paper selects the top 50 NGEs in human capital competitiveness and the top 50 NGEs in comprehensive competitiveness in China by constructing human capital competitiveness index and comprehensive competitiveness index and analyzes the empirical relationship between the human capital competitiveness and the comprehensive competitiveness of NGEs in China.
