本文在前人研究的基础上，对企业人力资本、社会网络及企业竞争力之间的相关性进行了实证研究，并就集群社会网络条件下人力资本提升企业竞争力的机制进行了全面的分析和讨论。通过分析提出：集群社会网络有利于企业人力资本的积累和提升，并通过人力资本的作用提升企业竞争力。最后，就如何从社会网络下人力资本角度提升企业竞争力提出了对策和建议。
<<Based on the previous research，this paper studies empirically the relationship among enterprise human capital，social network and enterprise competitiveness，then analyses and discusses the mechanism that human capital in industrial cluster social network enhances enterprise competitiveness. Furthermore，this research proves that industrial cluster social network is conducive to the promotion and accumulation of human capital，and consequently to the enhancement of the enterprise competitiveness. Finally，this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote enterprise competitiveness from the perspective of human capital in a social network.
