Since the revision of the Chinese Criminal Procedure Law in 2012，conditioned non-prosecution has become an important part of juvenile procuratorial work in China. Juvenile procuratorial organs in different areas have made active explorations in helping juvenile delinquents subjected to conditioned non-prosecution to return to society，which have accelerated the process of specialization of juvenile justice. Through the adoption of the “Juvenile Delinquent Assistance and Education Plus” Mode，the Procuratorate of Futian District of Shenzhen City has made some promising attempts in carrying out precision assistance and education，introducing intervention by socialized professional forces，and satisfying the need of juvenile delinquents to return to society. Meanwhile，some problems remain to be solved in the current juvenile justice work of the Procuratorate of Futian District，including low degree of professionalization，limited scope of assistance and education，and insufficient incorporation of specialized social forces. In order to promote the professionalized development of juvenile justice in China，special attention should be paid to such bases of development of juvenile justice as the establishment of the unique idea of juvenile justice，the construction of professionalized and three-dimensional social support system，and child-welfare guarantees.
