本文利用民营企业调研数据,运用probit模型实证研究了人力资本与研发行为之间的关系。在控制企业治理特征、产品特征和行业特征等因素的基础上,研究发现,企业法人代表、企业总经理和企业员工的人力资本水平越高,企业成立独立研发机构的可能性越大。在考虑了企业总经理和企业员工人力资本的内生性后,人力资本对企业研发行为同样表现出显著正效应。
<<By investigating the effects of human capital on R&D activities with the data of non-governmental enterprises in China,the paper finds that the human capital of employers,managers and employees has significantly positive effects on R&D activities if the characteristics of corporate governance,products and industries are controlled in the regression model. The positive relationship between human capital and R&D activities is still remarkable even though the endogenesis of human capital is taken into consideration.
