This paper examines the narrative features of the news reports on 2009 G20 London summit in four British mainstream media outlets. The selected media for observation include The Times，The Guardian，The Financial Timesand BBC Worldwide Monitoring. The Narrative theory of fabula，story and text is adopted in the analysis of the texts collected. The study shows that the reports of the four media outlets are focused on almost the same news events but provide different perspectives and have different invisible narrators.
