本文以英国四家主流媒体《泰晤士报》、《卫报》、《金融时报》和“BBC全球监测”为研究对象,对其2009年G20伦敦峰会的报道进行了文本分析。依据叙事学理论,本文从新闻事件、新闻视角、新闻叙述者三个层面对文本进行了由浅入深、由粗到细的层层梳理和分析。研究显示,英国四家主流媒体选择了同质化的新闻事件,但具有不同的视角和不同的隐藏叙事者。
<<This paper examines the narrative features of the news reports on 2009 G20 London summit in four British mainstream media outlets. The selected media for observation include The Times,The Guardian,The Financial Timesand BBC Worldwide Monitoring. The Narrative theory of fabula,story and text is adopted in the analysis of the texts collected. The study shows that the reports of the four media outlets are focused on almost the same news events but provide different perspectives and have different invisible narrators.
