基于中国社会科学院民营经济研究中心2007年的调查数据,本文运用OrderedLogisticRegression对民营企业家人力资本中影响企业制度选择与创新的关键因素做了实证研究。本文的研究表明:民营企业家的企业家人力资本越高,则越有可能将创立的公司改制为现代企业。民营企业家过去的管理经验和领导能力的积累,对于民营企业制度选择和创新有重要作用。在民营企业中,所有者与经营者分离之后,所有者会做出一些产权方面的制度选择,以对经营者形成制衡。民营企业创办人的党员身份对于民营企业制度选择和创新有重要影响。
<<Based on the data collected by the Center for Private Enterprises Studies of CASS in 2007,this paper analyzed empirically the key factors of the human capital of the entrepreneurs in Non-Governmental enterprises on the selection and innovation of the institutions in corporation governance in the approach of Ordered Logistic Regression. This paper concluded that with the more entrepreneurial human capital accumulated;the Non-governmental entrepreneurs were more likely to adopt the modern corporation institutions. The accumulation of the managing experiences and leadership of the Non-Governmental entrepreneurs were very important to the selection and innovation of the institutions in corporation governance. In Non-Governmental enterprises,the separation between the owners and managers would make the owner take some measures in the property rights to control the managers. The CPC membership of the founder of the Non-Governmental entrepreneurs was a key factor on the selection and innovation of the institutions in corporation governance.
