The construction of social psychological service system is a new project of the current era. In 2016，the Committee of Political and Legislative Affairs and The comprehensive treatment of social management committee established 12 job contact points in China，which could help construct the system of social psychological service. As one of job contact points，Ganzhou，in Jiangxi Province，has combined the peculiarities with the practical experience of the city to innovate new work pattern of “people centered，hierarchical service”，including the three-in-one working model，work concept，talent cultivation，and platform construction. Therefore a strict working mechanism has been established. With the development of the new work pattern，the “Ganzhou Pattern” for the construction of the social psychological service system has been opened up，and a wealth of experience in learning from the value of the promotion has been accumulated.
