本文分别采用中国社会科学院和中国人民大学的综合社会调查数据分析了10多年来全国居民安全感和幸福感的变化，用2017年社会心态调查数据分析了安全感和幸福感的现状和特点，并用2018年获得感调查数据分析了获得感的结构、现状和特点，通过社会心态调查和获得感调查的追踪样本分析了安全感、获得感和幸福感之间的关系，在此基础上提出要防范民众生活风险，全面增进安全感；满足民众的迫切需要，逐步提高获得感；不断积累获得感，渐进提升幸福感。
<<This paper analyzes the changes of the residents’ security and subjective well-being in the past 10 years by using the general social survey data CSS and CGSS，analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the security and well-being by using the Social Mentality Survey 2017，and analyzes the sense of gain by using the Survey of Sense of Gain in 2018. Based on the common samples of Social Mentality Survey and the Survey of the sense of gain，analyzes the relationship among security，the sense of gain and subject well-being，then the paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance security，the sense of gain and subjective well-being.
