The health risk of air pollution in China is severe. The current environmental management system focusing on the control of total pollutants and improvement of environment quality lacks consideration from the perspective of health risk control. It is urgent to construct a sound air pollution health risk management system. Based on the analysis of the status and trend of air pollution health risk，the management status and the existing problems，this paper proposes relevant countermeasures to provide reference for the construction and improvement of Chinese air pollution health risk management system.
