This paper reviews the studies on the theories that guide China’s international and intercultural communications and specific practice over the last three years （2015-2017） and uses the statistical data to identify the bright spots in the research achievements from four perspectives：building a community of shared future for mankind，realizing cross-cultural transition in international communications，telling China stories well to shape the international image of China，realizing a “Grand Communications” pattern to expand media channels and contents，and promoting Chinese language education to build new types of communities for international communications.
