From perspective of unemployment security，this artical research different types of unemployments of the newly unemployed，who are living the village D，Haizhu of Guangzhou. This artical analyzes the level of unemployment among current college students by using survey questionnaires and semi-structured interviews，which found that due to institutional weakness in coverage，financial management and legal protection of the traditional concept of unemployment relief system in means of rescue，relief and rescue as well as the unemployment insurance system，resulting in systematic rejection of unemployment benefits for college students，which has led to the majority of new groups of unemployed college students not protected. Therefore，this artical proposes to establish a mixed system of unemployment security system from promoting the traditional unemployment assistance system and the non-compulsory unemployment insurance system to accommodate the newly unemployed college students.
