Social innovation is seen as a response to overcome and resolve the increasingly complex social and environmental issues，which can occur in the public sector，the private sector，the civil sector or across different sectors. The development of social innovation organizations in Guangzhou presents a bottom-up nature. They focus on a wide range of issues and respond positively to local social needs. NGOs are the main actors of social innovation，while social enterprises in Guangzhou are not fully developed. The macro-environment of social innovation in Guangzhou has created favorable conditions for the development of social innovation，and the achievements of social innovation organizations have also shown great benefits of social innovation to all sides of the society. In order to stimulate the vitality of social innovation and create a good ecological environment for the development of social innovation organizations，we can start from supply and demand of social innovation products and services，which requires mutual support between industries，the participation of the public and the government to provide more targeted policy support.
