近几年,冰雪运动和冰雪产业热度逐年提升,滑雪场建设不断提速,而市场过快的供给也加速了洗牌。面对激烈的市场竞争现状,老牌滑雪场北大壶通过与ClubMed国际度假村合作,引进国际一流酒店管理品牌,专注于山地设施提升并将国际标准和中国客户需求有机结合,摸索出一套既着眼未来又立足现实的发展之路,无论是滑雪人次还是服务水平都有较大提升。本报告主要描述北大壶滑雪度假区近几年如何在周边强大竞争对手冲击、客流增长乏力的情况下,明确定位、发掘优势、改造升级,闯出一条差异化竞争之路。同时通过比较总结出目前国际一流国内典型的滑雪度假区发展模式,为我国滑雪度假区未来的发展提供些许借鉴。
<<In recent years,the heat of ice and snow sports and ice and snow industry has increased year by year,the construction of ski resorts has been accelerating,and the fast supply of the market has also accelerated the change. In the face of fierce market competition,Beidahu,the old ski resort,find out a road that both focuses on the future and bases on the reality through cooperation with Club Med International Resort,introduces other world-class hotel management brands,focuses on mountain facilities,and simultaneously combines international standards and Chinese customer needs. Both the number of skiers and the level of service have improved. This article mainly describes how Beidahu Ski Resort has clearly positioned,explored advantages,and upgraded in the past few years,under the circumstances of strong competitors and weak passenger flow growth,created a differentiated competition road. At the same time,we want to provides some guidance for the future development of China’s ski resorts by comparing and summarizing the development models of the current world-class domestic typical ski resorts.
