在政策刺激、资本助推、冬奥效应的全方位的驱动下,近年来国内室内滑雪场得到了快速的发展,雪场规模不断增大,业态更加多元化,市场容量不断扩大,展现出巨大的发展潜力。但与传统的室外滑雪场相比,目前国内的滑雪产业还处于初级阶段。我国室内滑雪场市场的运营模式较为单一,缺乏较为合理的市场定位。本报告通过对国内较为先进的室内滑雪场的定位及以室内滑雪为特色的综合休闲运动娱乐中心、以室内滑雪为配套的山地旅游休闲中心的典例分析,提出未来室内滑雪场将以文体旅综合体形式走进经济发达城市,运营模式更为多样化,未来室内滑雪场蓝海市场有待进一步挖掘的观点。
<<The skiing industry in China is still in the primary stage. Compared with the traditional outdoor ski resorts,the history of the indoor ski resort in china is shorter and less than 20 years. However,under the impetus of policy stimulation,capital promotion and Winter Olympics,China’s indoor skiing field has been increasing rapidly in recent years,increasing in scale,and gradually diversified in its format,with large market capacity and great potential for development. This article summarizes the current situation and characteristics of the development of indoor ski resorts,analyzes the positioning of indoor ski resorts and several typical representatives,and puts forward the trend of the market.
