近年来我国滑雪行业尤其是京津冀滑雪行业受惠于2022冬奥会契机,得到了快速的发展,孕育了新的产业格局。京津冀地区滑雪场经历了滑雪运动大众参与度较低的早期阶段,临近冬奥周期逐步形成更加广泛和深入的相互竞争、相互补充的高速发展格局,但是我国整体的运动风尚和市场的感召力依旧呈现较为低迷的态势。格局的演进代表了市场综合形势的变化,现阶段滑雪场的运营出现指引不全面、购票环节慢、新老客户服务交叉与干扰、租赁区域服务效率低等问题。应合理规范流程管理,提高租赁区域服务效率,利用科技智能提升服务效率与客户体验,革新运营成本的比重与构成,更好地服务滑雪场经营目标,实现滑雪场的良性发展。
