The Winter Olympic Games in Beijing have proved that there are corresponding natural conditions in China. In addition，the related infrastructure will usher in a round of upgrading，and the related industries will be developed at home. The high-profile Leisure Town is characterized by “skiing”. By analyzing the development and influencing factors of the skiing characteristic town，this paper summarizes the experience of the classic skiing town abroad，and expounds the spatial distribution pattern and the way of future development of the skiing feature town.
