区域化党建以区域作为范围进行统筹领导，由区域党委进行整体统筹、社区党组织和其他基层党组织作为重要节点形成的党建网络体系，是基层党建工作的一种创新探索，也是当前加强基层党建的重要趋势。陶然亭街道地处首都功能核心区，在创新区域化党建模式的过程中，结合街道发展实际，从明确发展思路、构建组织体系、加强资源整合、创新工作方式、拓展服务平台等方面着手，形成了以区域化党建为引领、党政融合的社会治理新模式，为其他地区开展区域化党建提供了重要参考。
<<Regional Party-building is a network system where the regional Party Committee takes the lead within the region and the community and other grassroots Party organizations serve as important links.It is both an innovative exploration on the Party building at the grass-roots level，but an important trend to intensify the Party building at the grass-roots level.In the process of innovating the regional Party-building pattern，Taoranting Sub-district，which is located in the core functional area of the capital，has confirmed the development concept，built organizational system，strengthened resource integration，innovated work styles and expanded service platform based on its current development，resulting in a new social governance pattern with orientation of regional Party building and integration of the Party and the government，which has provided important references for other regions to carry out regional Party building.
