“一委多居一站”是由社区党委统筹领导社区居委会和社区工作站开展工作的一种社区治理模式。陶然亭街道新兴里社区推进“一委三居一站”试点工作是贯彻落实北京市、西城区社会治理体制改革任务的重要举措，也是结合社区实际推进社区治理创新的重要内容。新兴里社区以社区党委为领导，三个居委会进行组织协调，开展社区服务，形成了具有社区特色、共治共建共享的社区自治模式。其在推进试点工作中的理念创新、机制创新、方式创新等，为开展社区治理体系创新工作提供了重要参考。
<<The pattern of “One Party Committee，Multiple Neighborhood Committees and One Service Station” represents an innovative community governance pattern in which the community party committee leads as the whole and neighborhood committees and service station carry out all work.The “One Party Committee，Three Neighborhood Committees and One Service Station” pilot work in Xinxingli Neighborhood of Taoranting Sub-district is not only a key task in implementing social governance system reform of Beijing and Xicheng District，but also an important component for promoting community governance innovation on the basis of the practical community conditions.Led by the Community Party Committee and organized by the three Neighborhood Committees，the services have been implemented in Xinxingli Community，which have facilitated the formation of the community pattern of co-governance，joint development and sharing with the community characteristics.In particular，the concept，mechanism and method innovations in the process have also provided references forthe innovation of social governance system in the community.
