陶然亭街道福州馆社区紧紧围绕“共创陶然式美好生活”的工作目标，推进区域化整体发展。福州馆社区党委以“资源共享、共建互助、互惠互利”为思路，依托11家驻社区单位，于2012年在社区层面成立了共建发展类社区社会组织“共建互助联合会”。其以多元共治、多方互助的形式，通过社区党委引领、组织，成员单位积极参与实施，为社区的社会治理和社会建设提供服务，同时也为成员单位的发展带去社会效益。福州馆社区“共建互助联合会”是社区社会治理与社会建设共驻、共建、共享的一种载体，在多元共治中发挥平台作用，通过多方互助实现共赢。
<<Encompassing the goal of “Creating the Taoran-Style Beautiful Life”，Fuzhouguan Community of Taoranting Sub-district has managed to advance integrated regional development.Driven by the concept of “resource sharing，joint development，mutual aid and mutual benefit”，the party committee coordinated the 11 major residential units to establish the Joint Development and Mutual Aid Association in 2012，which was the joint-development-orientedorganization at the community level.By adopting the means of multi-governance and multilateral aid and the pattern of leadership and organization by the Community Party Committee and active participation by member units，the association provides services for social governance and development of the community and brings social benefits to member units.The Association，as a carrier for “co-residence，mutual development and sharing”of social governance and construction of the community，plays the role of a platform in multi-governance that brings forth win-win results through bilateral assistance.
