“公园式社区”一词源于公园城市的研究与实践。公园式社区是将公园建设与社区建设相融合的一种社区建设新模式。“十三五”时期，西城区重点打造特大城市核心区公园体系。对于陶然亭街道来说，这是发挥自身公园优势，建设公园式社区的重要契机。本文以公园式社区的理论研究为基础，综合研究陶然亭街道建设公园式社区的现状和问题，提出其下一步推进公园式社区建设的建议。最后，以陶然亭街道为起点，结合理论研究基础，提出科学规划、功能融合、文化导向、多元参与等公园式社区建设的四个重点。
<<Originated from the study on park cities and its practices，the term “Park-style Community” refers to a new pattern that integrates community construction with park construction.Xicheng District focuses on creating a core megacity park system during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period，which offers a great opportunity for Taoranting Sub-district to establish itself into a Park-style Community by fully tapping its advantages in the parks.On the basis of theoretical research on park-style communities，this article comprehensively studies the current status and problems in Taoranting Sub-district's building of a park-style community，and puts forward some suggestions in this regard.In the end，this article proposes such four priorities as scientific planning，function integration，cultural orientation and multi-body participation in light of the efforts of Taoranting Sub-district in this regard and on the basis of theoretical research.
