The working population is an important participant and propeller of regional development.Providing it with convenient，continuous and high-quality public services is of great significance for optimizing the development environment and service level in the region and improving the regional development capacity of the sub-district.In this sense，the research team，following the first survey on public services of the working population within the jurisdiction in January 2015，initiated once again a questionnaire survey on the supply，participation and acquisition of public services among the corporate working population within the sub-districtin May 2017.By analyzing the awareness of service agency，the participation in the community service，life convenience，satisfaction with community-level basic public service and the demand for community-level public service and making longitudinalcomparisons between survey results，this report has drawn a basic conclusion and proposed some specific suggestions for exiting problems.
