享有公共服务是公民生存发展的需要，也是生活品质的基础保障，从居民对地区公共服务的获得感和满意度来评价生活质量状况具有重要意义。本报告通过问卷调查的方法，对西城区陶然亭街道8个社区的常住人口开展社区公共服务与居民生活质量问卷调查，从中了解街道组织开展公共服务的情况和居民满意度评价，得出基本结论并针对存在的问题提出具体建议。
<<Enjoying public services is not only a need for existence and development of the citizens，but also a basic guarantee for the quality of life as well.It is therefore of great significance to evaluate the life quality from the perspectives of residents as to their sense of getting public services and satisfaction with public services.In this paper，we have adopted the questionnaire method and performed a questionnaire survey on public services and the life quality of the permanent residents in 8 communities of Taoranting Sub-district in Xicheng District.On this basis，we have assessed the sub-district as to its organization and offering of public services as well as the residents’ satisfaction，reached an overall conclusion and provided concrete suggestions relating to existing problems.
