In this essay，by examining the Canada 2017 immigration policy and comparing it with Census Canada 2016 Report，the author presents the change of Canada immigration target plan in 2017 and lists out the new regulations become effective in this year. In addition to highlighting the emphasis of the provincial nomination program in 2017，the author also analyzes the influence factor that affects Canada immigration policy adjustment. After research，the author concludes that the acceleration of population aging and the imbalance of regional economic development are still the primary issues that the Canadian government must carefully address.
