The construction of “the Belt and Road” is one of the major development strategies of the mainland China，and it has abundant theoretical and practical implications. As a fulcrum of “the Belt and Road”，Macau has a distinctive feature of coexistence of multiple cultures. Macau also is a service platform for the economic and trade cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries. This paper mainly discusses how to combine Macau’s platform and “the Belt and Road” construction and explores a feasible way of superposition effect.
