Healthcare Big Data industry has achieved a breakthrough by the promotion of national policies，the growth of industry demand，and the accumulation of technologies. In 2017，the National Health and Family Planning Commission took the lead and set up three state-owned national team of healthcare big data industry to support the operation and development of the Health Data Center. With the support of the state，the National Health Data Center and Industrial Park construction mode，represented by Fuzhou，have been formed. The state is gradually implementing the development plan of healthcare big data industry and has initially established its framework.
